Shipping During Extreme Weather:
We do not recommend shipping during freezing or extreme heat conditions. If your local temps are below 40°F or above 90°F, you’re ordering at your own risk. We do not offer refunds for weather-related damage unless you purchase a heat pack (when available) and request priority shipping.

Cold/Heat Packs:
If you live in an area with extreme temperatures, you can add a cold or heat pack to your order (when available). These do not guarantee protection but offer added peace of mind. We recommend choosing priority shipping if you're adding a temperature pack.
