π¦ Contact us within 6 hours of receiving your plant if thereβs any issue, with photos/videos of the box and plant.

π Leaf drop or yellowing is normal β no refunds or replacements for that.

π Returns: You pay return shipping, a 15% restocking fee applies, and only 50% of the item price will be refunded if the plant is in great shape.

πͺ΄ No refunds for plants returned dead, damaged, or more than 2 days after you received them.

β We can cancel any order at our discretion, though we rarely do.
π¦ Shipping Terms & Conditions
All of our plants are packed with care β but shipping live greenery has its challenges. Once your order leaves us, itβs in the hands of the carrier (and the weather).

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 6 hours.

You must include clear photos and/or videos of the shipping box and the plant.

We cannot process claims without proof.

No photos, no refund. Simple as that.

Please note:

Some yellowing, leaf drop, or wilting is a natural response to the stress of shipping.

These issues do not qualify for a refund or replacement β it's just the plant adjusting.
π Returns & Refunds
If a return is approved:

You are responsible for the return label.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

You may be eligible for a 50% refund of the item price (not including shipping), but only if:

The plant is returned in good condition

No pests or damage are present

We do not refund or replace plants that:

Have been in your care for more than 2 days

Are returned dead or damaged

BunchaHoyas reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, without prior notice or explanation. This may happen in rare cases β such as stock issues, extreme weather, or unexpected circumstances.
